Being conveniently right off the I5 freeway it is
truly a hassle-free, customer friendly lot. Our

Many times you may
stay in your RV while we work on it or we have very
nice hotels near by. Sometimes it’s the simple
things like the free Wi-Fi, taking you to breakfast
or to the mall that makes a repair job a little
easier to deal with. We just want you to feel right
at home every time you visit.

office you will find a
comfortable climate controlled
waiting area with bottled water,
gourmet coffee and a TV. We can also help you find local hotel
accommodations or RV parks if you would prefer.
We have a
very comfortable and clean customer lounge
where you are welcome to kick back and enjoy free cable
television, coffee, tea and free WiFi.
There are usually other RVers to chat with and don't
be surprised if Joe the owner stops by to chat with
you. One of our customers said "this is only place I
have ever waited where I did not get bored".
The minute you step into our door,
you become a valued customer and not just a number
so we constantly keep you informed of the progress
and estimated complete time of your repair or
service. Not only are the
restroom always clean but you can sit outside on our
bench or shaded picnic table and breath our clean

Just
a short walk (less than 2 tenths of a mile) are two
major gas stations and both have food marts and
there is also a Subway. We don't want to leave out
the shade at both our facility and at Subway!
Computerized Vehicle Billing &
Service
Our
computer system will keep track of your
maintenance records and may even send
you a reminder when you have an
appointment or when your vehicle needs
service. Estimates you receive will be
accurate and fair focusing on your
initial concern and not trying to “sell”
something that isn’t needed. In most
cases we provide a courtesy safety
inspection while the vehicle is in to
keep you informed about any upcoming
vehicle needs.

You
won't have to worry about theft because we have our
facility gated and locked at night plus the
California Highway Patrol office is less than 1/2
mile north of us on the same road and we are located
in a very clean and safe area. Ask one of our
service writers about our easy process of leaving
your car or key with us.

Wheel we do something very different and that is to

writers keeping you informed every step of the way.
Once you leave our shop, we have a computerized
follow email service to see how you and your vehicle
are doing plus we will also email you reminders when

17, 2011 - All Wheel Alignment & Brake As we were
leaving on vacation, we had a low tire pressure problem
with rear tires on the RV. We arrived as they opened,
Larry & Tim immediately got Daniel the tech on the job
who quickly found the problem in the valve extensions.
He put on new ones and in no time at all we were on the
road. Rob Pitari always strives to take great care of
