Joe
Pitari, Owner: started working on cars
alongside his dad when he was 10 years old.
His large family needed the extra income so
he swiftly became a skilled mechanic working
nights and week-ends to make life easier for
his mom, dad and 6 younger siblings. Joe’s
dad had a saying “Take the time to do it
right the first time” – a lot of pressure
for a 10 year old! His work ethic was
created at a young age and holds true today.
Toni has
been by Joe’s side since 1962. They moved to
the Redding area from San Bernardino in the
summer of 1968 with their 2 boys. Joe worked
as a mechanic in Redding for several years
while Toni waitressed at night. The long
hours and time spent apart inspired them to
take a chance and start their own business –
establishing - All Wheel Alignment – March
2, 1981. They strived towards a shared goal,
to be financially secure while spending time
together. To succeed they hired only honest,
qualified people with integrity to help make
their dream a reality.
Joe
and Toni enjoy RV-ing up and down the
California and Oregon coastline and have
plans to see the Grand Canyon and
Yellowstone someday. Spending quality time
with their grandchildren is high on their
priority list. Whether it’s getting the boat
out and taking them fishing, a short RV
trip, baking or playing video games – they
absolutely adore their grandchildren and
cherish the time they share with them.
Joe and
Toni feel the people are the best part of
their business – from the customers to the
employees. Talking and visiting with such
friendly people, sharing stories and
connecting makes us exceptionally rare. Joe
is the realist and Toni is the dreamer…
together they have achieved their shared
goal of financial security and retirement –
and of course - spending lots of time
together!
Robert
Pitari, Manager: I have been in the business
since 1985 and I am very fortunate to be
working with my entire family. My forte is
in the office where I get to meet all our
new customers. We have the greatest
customers in the world and I love my job!
Everyone here is such a pleasure to work
with so it makes my job very easy.
Larry
H. (shown on left) is such a dynamic part of
making things run smoothly here at All Wheel
Alignment. His quiet and fiercely honest way
of handling our customer’s vehicle concerns
is just a part of his daily routine. Larry
has been in the automotive industry since
his early teen years, delivering parts from
a warehouse and working on his own vehicle.
“Back then you either fixed what you had or
you walked.” By observing and questioning
those around him that knew the answers,
Larry evolved into an authority in
automotive repair. He holds several badges,
awards and certificates – however his true
value is his integrity.
In his
time away from All Wheel, Larry enjoys
camping with his family, riding his
motorcycle and gold panning in Lake Almanor
at the family claim. Heading to the Air
Races in Reno every year is an exciting
tradition that he and his wife always look
forward to. As for working at All Wheel –
Larry enjoys meeting the customers and
assisting them in finding solutions for
their vehicles concerns.
Ashley
(shown on right) began making life easier
here at All Wheel in January 2011. Assisting
in the office is inherent for Ashley, being
that she started working at only 11 years
old for her dad doing appraisal
transcriptions and office work. She has been
to several seminars specializing in
marketing and business as well as liberal
studies in college.
When
Ashley isn’t working, she is with her girls
– reading, going on walks, exploring and
creating a fun and exciting world for them.
Her girls bring her happiness, laughter and
spunk… inspiring her to be a better person.
One of the
reasons Ashley enjoys working here is the
atmosphere stemmed from the people; the
customers are so engaging and gracious, her
co-workers are supportive, valuable and
sincere. We are thrilled to have her
friendly, flamboyant and sharp qualities
supporting all of us and making our
customers feel immediately at ease.

Corey: In the fall of 2010, All
Wheel Alignment was fortunate to have this
bright and eager technician walk through the
doors and ask for a job. Corey has proven to
be a friendly, honest and knowledgeable
member of our crew. At 10 years old he
showed an interest working on vehicles. For
him it was fun and he liked figuring out how
everything worked. Corey’s dad was a
mechanic, it was a great way for them to
spend time together.
Drag strips are a fun get
away from work for Corey, he enjoys working
on his hot rod and tinkering on cars. One of
his biggest accomplishments was building his
’68 Mustang. When Corey isn’t working on
cars, he spends lots of time with his
girlfriend and their dog.
Corey values working here
at All Wheel Alignment due to the good
attitudes of his co-workers and getting his
hands dirty while undertaking jobs that he
has true satisfaction in completing - making
safe and reliable repairs for our customers.
We are thrilled to have Corey as part of our
All Wheel crew.
Daniel Geistmann: When Daniel joined the All
Wheel Alignment crew back in 1991 – he
became part of the family instantly. He had
an intellect that stood out immediately,
although his education in repairing and
servicing vehicles would impress anyone on
paper, his way of finding solutions comes to
him naturally. Daniel started fixing things
at the clever age of 4, assisting his dad
around his auto repair shop. He had a
curiosity of taking things apart and putting
them back together to make them work right.
When faced with a challenge, he keeps after
it and doesn’t get discouraged – there’s
always a way! Daniel is our go to guy here
for all of us; he has a plethora of
knowledge and can solve almost any issue.
One of Daniel’s favorite
ways to spend his time away from work is
fishing – whether its trout, bass, catfish
or fly – the abundance of lakes, rivers and
ponds in our area gives an amazing amount of
options.
Daniel’s expressed his
pride in working here due to the top of the
line parts and quality services we provide
here at All Wheel. “Our customers come here
because they trust us!” We are proud to have
Daniel as a part of our All Wheel Alignment
crew; he is devoted, honest and has extra
ordinary insight.
Scott joined our All Wheel
family in the fall of 2010. His motivation
for working on vehicles started at 18 when
his mom needed financial help, so he got a
job cleaning and helping out mechanics on
big rigs. Scott received his training
hands-on; he quickly grasped the knowledge
that he would make his career. Working in
this industry for over 20 years now, Scott
has accumulated multiple certifications and
awards.
Scott spends his leisure
time outside as much as possible. He likes
to hunt - deer, bear, ducks – if there is a
season – he has a reason! He also enjoys
riding horses and camping with his amazing
wife.
Scott finds working here
an exciting challenge. The customers and
co-workers are remarkable; being able to fix
vehicles and make them safe is such a
gratifying way to make an honest living. Having Scott on our All
Wheel crew is such a valuable asset to our
customers and our team. He brings a
fantastic attitude and work ethic that is
contagious! We are ecstatic to have him on
board!
Larry W. At only 15 years old,
Larry W. traded his rifle for 2 cars that
didn’t run and jump started his career into
the automotive repair industry. By taking
parts from one car and building the other he
ended up with one beautiful ’55 Ford.
Larry has had several
years of training and holds numerous
certificates and honors. When working on
vehicles he takes pride in providing quality
service that keeps all vehicles he works on
here safe and smooth. Larry is a big part of
our team’s success, bringing experience and
expertise in his field.
Larry enjoys spending his
time away from work taking in the outdoors
by hiking, hunting and of course – fishing.
Bass fishing in his canoe is a scenic way to
relax and rejuvenate.
Working here at All Wheel
Alignment motivates Larry because everyone
here gets along so well and our team is
exceptionally thorough, hardworking and
honest. Taking pride in a job completed,
caring about the customers and having an
attachment to the crew gives Larry a sense
of achievement.
Jason has been a part of the All Wheel
Alignment crew since September 2004. He just
seemed to fit in tremendously well with
efficient work drive and his crazy sense of
humor; he’s always making us laugh.
When Jason was growing up
he knew he wanted to be an automotive
technician because he wanted to be like his
dad and his dad could do anything. They
would take things apart and put them back
together, learning basics and growing more
with each new project. Jason continues
training, with all of the new advances in
technology – he has a great deal of
gratification knowing he is up to date on
the latest most innovative equipment and
repairs to provide the most excellent,
quality service to our customers.
Spending time with his
girls, going on family car rides, watching
movies and fishing are some of the insights
to how Jason relaxes. His beautiful family
brings him so much love and laughter that he
always comes to work with a smile.
Jason appreciates the
openness and flexibility of working here and
how well everyone gets along. We appreciate
Jason – his hard work and dedication to
providing such outstanding service is a huge
part of what makes our crew – a family.
